Our commitment
We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA across this site and across everything we build for clients, and we design to the requirements of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act. Accessibility is part of the build, measured before launch — not a remediation project afterwards.
How we test
Known limitations
Embedded third-party content — maps, video players and similar — is not always under our control, and its accessibility can vary. Where we rely on such a component we look for an accessible alternative first, and we will describe any remaining gap honestly rather than claim conformance we cannot verify.
Telling us about a problem
If you hit a barrier on this site, please tell us what you were trying to do and what got in the way. Use the contact page or the email address in the footer. We treat accessibility reports as defects, not feedback, and we will tell you what we are doing about it.
