What we collect

When you submit the contact form we collect the name, email address and any other details you choose to give us, together with the page you submitted from. We use that only to reply to your enquiry and to keep a record of the conversation. We also record aggregate page views and web performance measurements. These are counted on our own infrastructure and are not tied to an individual visitor.

Why we collect it

To answer enquiries, to understand which pages are useful, and to keep the site fast and accessible. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising profiles.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as the commercial relationship or conversation is live, and then archived. Aggregate analytics are retained in summary form only. You can ask us to delete an enquiry at any time and we will do so unless we are legally required to keep it.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to us using the contact page and we will respond within a reasonable period. If you are not satisfied with our response you may raise the matter with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada. This policy is a plain-language description of our practice. It is not legal advice, and you should have your own counsel review it before relying on it for your organisation.
