The challenge

Laurel Creek Waterloo needed a dedicated website to collect registrations from buyers and realtors before launch, so leads from Google Ads, social and email campaigns would not be lost on a generic listing page.

A focused, mobile-first landing page with the project story, home types, location highlights and a VIP registration form above the fold for floor plans and price lists.
