Rydemile
A taxi booking platform for North India: a website plus rider and driver mobile apps for one-way, round-trip, local and airport rides — with discounted return-trip deals on routes like Shimla → Chandigarh and Delhi.
What had to change
Intercity cabs in North India often drive back empty after a drop. Rydemile needed a way to sell those return seats as whole-car deals, while also taking everyday local, airport, outstation and corporate bookings — on the web and on phones.
How we approached it
A booking website and two Flutter apps on one NestJS API. Riders search a route, see return-trip deals whose prices drop as departure nears, pick a pickup point on the map and pay by UPI through Razorpay. Drivers see their day’s trips, navigate to pickup, confirm the rider’s 4-digit start code and complete the trip. Both apps work in English, Hindi and Punjabi.
